KERRY PARSONS TO BE CMR’S NEW PRINCIPAL

Kerry Parsons, a 1984 graduate of C. M. Russell High School, has been named to replace Principal Dick Kloppel, who is retiring after 45 years in education. Parsons, currently the principal of East Middle School, will officially be on the job at CMR on July 1, 2015. Parsons is completing his second year at East. Prior to being named the principal of East, Parsons was an associate principal at CMR, where he previously coached and taught biology. Parsons will be the fifth principal in the school’s history and will assume the leadership role as the school begins its 51st year.
